Lead Product Designer shaping complex commerce experiences
I’m a Lead Product Designer with over a decade of experience across apparel and digital product design. I currently lead high-impact commerce and product discovery initiatives at Patagonia, where I design end-to-end experiences that help customers make confident purchasing decisions in complex marketplaces. My background in apparel design deeply informs how I approach systems thinking, clarity, and trust in product design.

Selected Work
A selection of projects focused on circular commerce and product discovery. Each explores a different challenge in how people shop online, balancing business goals, user needs, and system constraints within large-scale e-commerce platforms.

I led the design of Patagonia’s first Shop Used PDP component, bringing secondhand inventory directly into the core shopping experience. The component made resale discoverable at the moment of purchase decision, driving a 50× increase in engagement with used inventory.

Patagonia’s existing global navigation was due for a refresh. While functional, it wasn’t fully aligned with evolving customer behaviors or expectations, and certain high-value categories and stories were harder to discover than they should be.

Design Ethos
My design career began in apparel, where I developed a deep respect for materials, fit, and the impact of waste in the industry. That background still drives me. I care about how things are made, how they function, and how they last. I’m drawn to work that connects people to more thoughtful ways of consuming and using technology, and I design with that in mind.
